Due to the current health concerns relating to the Coronavirus, our team at Cartune Mechanics will be taking extraordinary measures to stay safe and healthy during this worrying time.
The health and well-being of both our team and our customers is our highest priority and we are taking every precaution possible to stay safe! We ask that you do the same. If you are feeling unwell in any way we ask that you rather stay home and simply re-book your car for another time!
As an essential service provider and responsible employer, we will follow all Government Restrictions and Rules in relation the COVID-19 pandemic. We will further continue to monitor the situation closely and take any additional precautions we deem necessary to minimize the risk of this spreading.
The team here at Cartune Mechanics are implementing the following additional precautionary measures internally:
Provide ample hand sanitisers in multiple locations across the premises to be used by both staff, representatives and delivery drivers when entering or leaving the office or workshop area.
Provide Staff with antibacterial wipes to wipe down customers vehicles inside (steering wheel, gear lever, handbrake etc.) as well as keys and door handles outside both prior to and after carrying out any work.
Provide all staff with disposable gloves to use while inside your vehicle.
Clean strategic communal surfaces such as office counter and Eftpos machine after every use.
